Colin Cook – CEO, Training Development Manager

Colin has an outstanding track record for negotiating, developing and delivering new training programs. Through extensive networks with industry bodies on a state and national level,  Colin has been a member of peak state government regional development, skills council and drought task force bodies. He has considerable experience in the production of learning resources for the primary industries sector. Colin is a former Primary Industries State Program Leader with TAFE SA.

Mark Graham – Managing Director, Financial Management

Mark has over 15 years experienced in running business finance for multiple rural based companies. He is passionate about rural Australia and is eager to help people within it to succeed in business.

Trudy is passionate about the Traineeship Program and is dedicated to ensuring that RST offers a wide range of opportunities for our trainees from across regional South Australia. She will explore all avenues to provide trainees with options to build their skills, experience and qualifications, and supports them and their employer in their journey through their traineeship.

Linda Wilkshire – Administration Manager

Linda has extensive experience in all facets of administration related to office management and is our Administration and Quality Manager.

Linda has a courteous and efficient manner with excellent attention to detail. You will find that contact with Linda is friendly and positive with requests attended to in a competent and timely manner.  

Qualifications:

– Certificate 2, 3 and 4 in Business Administration.

 Tanya Cook – Continuous Improvement Manager

Tanya has over 30 years  experience in all facets of administration in small business and in the public sector. For the last 10 years she has worked in VET program support providing assistance to students, preparing course materials and ensuring compliance with all AQTF standards.
Tanya is very approachable and happy to receive any feedback regarding your training experience with RST. We want to maintain and improve the training and service RST provide you and future students. 

Katy Landt – Marketing Manager

Katy has 8 years experience in design and marketing. She is an open, innovative and creative thinker and has a solid understanding of the promotion needed in the education sector. Katy's decision making skills along with confident negotiations are her key strengths.

Anthea Kennett – National Ag and RBM Program Manager

Tracy Redding – Traineeship Administration

Tracy is  based in Head Office and is a conscientious administration assistant committed to supporting the Traineeship Program Manager with the day to day tasks associated with running a successful and expanding traineeship program.
 
Her organisational skills coupled with an insatiable thirst for solving an IT challenge make her a valuable member of the staff.

Rachel Rich – Traineeship Administration

Rachel is a proven performer with impeccable communications skills and ability to achieve consistent superior results. An infectious desire to assist others and fulfil the interests of the organisation.

Marie Leighton – Administration Assistant

Marie has completed her Certificate 2 and Certificate 3 in Business Administration.
She is the administration support for Spray Solutions, Caroline Graham and Colin Cook.

Kayla Boyce – National Ag and RBM Administration

Kayla has a vast range of experience in administration, customer service and client management. Providing support in the National Agriculture and Rural Business Management Programs, her aim is to ensure that all students enjoy their experience with RST.

Teresa Robinson – Regional Training Consultant and Administration support

Teresa has been involved in agriculture and farming for thirty years. She is specifically involved in supporting trainees with block releases and providing support for meeting assessment requirements. Teresa also provides administration support to the National agriculture and rural business management programs. In addition Teresa maintains the web site and marketing information for RST International and Amy Graham in Europe.
