She will explore all avenues to provide trainees with options to build their skills, experience and qualifications, and supports them and their employer in their journey through their traineeship. Tracy Redding – Administration Tracy is based in Head Office and is a conscientious administration assistant committed to supporting the Traineeship Program Manager with the day to day tasks associated with running a successful and expanding traineeship program. – Certificate 3 in Agriculture (Business Units) |

Michelle Brenton – Regional Training Consultant Michelle and her husband have established and own a small vineyard in the Mid North. They also own and operate a Land Management business. She is an easy going, practical person who loves the country lifestyle, and is inspired by the opportunities for horticultural and agricultural diversity. Fiona Heinrich – Regional Training Consultant Fiona has been involved in Agriculture for 20 years, being an owner and partner on a property 30km from Loxton. The business is dryland farming, plus contracting within the agriculture and horticulture industries. Fiona has been a very passionate supporter of our Traineeship Program and is very enthusiastic about her role with RST and the opportunities it will provide.

Debbie Jolly – Regional Training Consultant Deb Jolley and husband Grant have operated a successful family dairy farm on the Fleurieu Peninsula for over 25 years. They run beef cattle, do cropping, and produce hay and silage for the dairy, as well as contract contract seeding, fertilising and hay production. Deb is keen to see Regional Skills Training grow on the Fleurieu Penisula and is pleased to be able to offer an alternative training provider for local business people to gain vital skills for themselves and their trainees.

Jodie Jones – Regional Training Consultant Jodie's friendly and approachable personality along with organisational skills make for a great learning experience for students. She began as a student with RST and now enjoys her role as Eyre Peninsula Traineeship Coordinator and Spray Solutions Lecturer. Jodie manages a farming property at Wharminda on Eyre Peninsula with her husband and has over 20 years experience in the agri industry. Jodie believes in the retention of youth in our rural and regional areas and the opportunities through RST to gain industry recognised qualifications. Qualifications: – Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Rural & Regional Sectors)

Trish Menz – Regional Training Consultant Trish and her husband Trevor own a property 23kms east of Keith in South East. They crop canola, legumes and a variety of cereals. They also produce crossbred lambs. They have 3 children. Their eldest is married and has 2 daughters. The 2nd daughter is studying in Mildura and their 3rd child is doing an apprenticeship in building. Trish manages the bookwork for their partnership, and also for their neighbour. Qualifications: – Cert in Rural Office Practice |

Teresa Robinson – Regional Training Consultant Teresa has been involved in agriculture and farming for thirty years and has previously been employed with RST in many roles including Stable Manager for Amy Graham. Teresa has now settled into her new role as Regional Training Consultant for YP. Qualifications: – Certificate 4 in RBM
